Professional Liability Claims

• Contact Marsh directly at (800) 338-1391 and we will advise your carrier.
• Claims, or circumstances that may result in a claim, should be reported immediately so that we may assist you in managing the risk. Early reporting of claims to carriers may result in reduced exposure to you. If you have received a demand letter, been served with a lawsuit, or received correspondence indicating there may be a liability exposure, you should provide us copies of these papers, either by fax or overnight mail.
